2009-06-16 Butterfly, Butterfly, You Were Born So Beautiful

The focus for this episode was on maintaining healthy skin. In particular, Aben stated that it is also important for men to moisturise, despite the fact that their skin tends to be oily. Aben revealed that in the past, he had concentrated on removing oils as part of his cleaning regime, whilst ignoring moisturising completely. This, in fact, caused his skin to become even oilier.
