This was a hilarious episode, as XiaoTianTian kept it very high. Aben stated that the other six members from Choc 7 bumped into XiaoTianTian at the movies and Aben joked that he was glad he was absent! XiaoTianTian recalled how she had been scolded by Aben's fans because last time she came on the show, she accidentally pushed Aben over on top of a walking frame!

There is also some rivalry between XiaoTianTian and HuDieJieJie for Show Luo's affections, as both are fans of Show. Also watch YuLeBaiFenBai to hear Show's jokes about this.

In this episode, the exercise segment at the beginning has been altered into an exercise game. Aben kept forgetting to add on actions during his turn and received black cross stickers all over his face.
