2009/2/9 YuLe NP3- AiDaoDi Press Conference

A Press Conference was recently held with the cast of AiDaoDi, as a major Hong Kong film company had chosen to invest in the film.

Significantly, it was clarified that there are actually four directors for this anthological film- one for each story.

Huang Zhi Jiao, the director of MoFanQiBang's and WangZi's story, 第六號瀏海 (The Sixth One With A Fringe), joked that the film was for their fans, who he suspected would have no problem of helping the film break $10 million in box office sales.

On a more serious note, Huang Zhi Jiao expressed that he was touched to have such an enthusiastic cast, who jumped in and agreed to play the roles without having to be signed. Director Huang admitted that there was a feeling of awkwardness during the initial filming process, however every member became really dwelved into their roles.

Therefore, Director Huang is confident to say that they have made a film that all the cast and crew are proud of, even with the successful Taiwanese film, Cape No.7, as their pedestal.
