"Hi, I am MaoDi (in Japanese). Welcome to this episode, which is dedicated to 'DongYang' (Japan, Korean etc.) music. This is my first time as VJ for this theme. I used to not be very familiar with this type of music but lately, I've been paying lots of attention to it and discovering lots of new bands.

Therefore, I've prepared lots of nice music for you to listen to. Firstly, I'm going to introduce songs from popular Japanese band, Kat-tun. Hope everyone can stay on this channel and listen to them.

The first two songs that I will introduce are Kat-tun's 'Keep the Faith' and 'Real Face'. When I saw these MVs, my initial reaction was, 'Wow, they are god.' I think their emotional connection and their dance moves have been combined really well. I admire how they transmit this wonderful aura when they are on stage.

If they come to Taiwan, you'll probably see me at the airport, holding up a sign and screaming 'Kat-tun, Kat-tun, Kat-tun!' And my sign will definitely be bigger than yours! OK, so let's listen to these two songs!

The next two songs are 'Huan Xi Zhe Ge' and 'Zai Wo Men de Cheng Shi Li'. These songs will surely make fangirls go crazy. I particularly like the LED lighting in these MV's that make it all look like it's filmed live. Their concerts are highly sought after, as Kat-tun fans even camp out for a week to line up.

Speaking of concerts, Lollipop will soon be opening their concert tour in Hong Kong. Hope you can all support them! OK, let's listen to the songs!

After listening to these four songs, I feel really hyped up and want to go home and watch their concert DVD!

However, I still have to introduce more good songs for everyone to listen to! Now, I am going to introduce Kat-tun's 'Don't You Ever Stop' and 'Lips'. These two MV's have a really unique, dreamy ambience.

The members of Kat-tun have become so incredibly famous that they have their own brand of sauce. When their sauce was launched, a huge hassle ensued as everybody wanted to get their hands on the product. I'm sure that the store's valued customers would have complained, 'I can't even try out that sauce- they've all been snatched away by fans!'

Anyway, I really like their MV's and respect their position as a top idol band.

Finally, I'd like to say a few words about our upcoming movie, AiDaoDi. It will premiere in Taiwan on the 6th of March and will feature MoFanQiBang in many funny and handsome scenes.

The next song that I'm introducing is Kat-tun's 'Signal'. For this MV, they've employed an energetic and touching style. Perhaps MoFanQiBang's MV's can borrow this kind of feel! Now, let's listen to 'Signal', for you guys!"

Here, LiQuan introduces himself as the great detective, 'Ke Quan' and summons his assistant, 'XiaoMao' (MaoDi) with an unsuccessful wolfwhistle. MaoDi asks LiQuan how LiQuan's own hair is feeling lately, and LiQuan replies that his hair is down with the flu (as he is having a bad hair day). After introducing a Derrick He song, they reintroduce themselves and LiQuan asks MaoDi what he thinks of his flu-ridden hair, to which MaoDi comments that it looks a bit strange.

XiaoLu is the host here, but MaoDi came to steal the spotlight. He jokingly invites XiaoLu to have a drink of some nice, rich soup together, and they end up promoting the [V] Power concert.

The focus for this episode was the MV's of artists, who performed at the [V] Power Concert. Thus, Aben promoted Lollipop's 'CangJingGe', which was the theme song for HeiTangQunXiaZhuan, as well as 黑GIRL's 'Jiao JieJie' (Call Me Big Sister) and he also praised 黑GIRL's new image.

Aben also mentioned that Show Luo's performing style was a major inspiration to the MFBBT didis, especially those who wanted to learn how to dance.

Aben stated that, at the moment, he likes Rainie Yang's title track, 'Dai Wo Zhou' (Take Me Away), which features on her new album. It is also one of the insert songs in Rainie's drama, 'BuLiang XiaoHua' (Miss No Good), which Aben thoroughly enjoys.

This episode introduced Japanese songs. A significant song, which reminds Aben of the fraternity between WangZi and MaoDi is The Birthday's, 'I Love You'. Recently, MaoDi celebrated his 18th birthday (on 2008/10/29) and WangZi gave MaoDi a new motorbike! Aben also stated that the two brothers have an invaluably close relationship and really care for one another.

In the opening, Aben made a cold joke that he felt much more popular, when MaoDi was by his side.
When Aben was introducing the song, 'QingShu' (Love Letter) by FanYiChen, which is the theme song for the highly acclaimed film, Cape No.7, Aben commented that he recently watched Cape No.7 with WangZi, MaoDi and LiQuan (whom he affectionately calls Li Ke). After the movie, Aben asked everyone which movie they liked, out of Cape No.7 and Winds of September, to which WangZi and LiQuan replied, 'Cape No.7 is a bit better to watch!' This made MaoDi's face change colour and defend Winds of September by saying that both films were of different genres and cannot be compared, haha.

Aben explained that he was very much into the Christmas spirit already, as it is now December. He is also highly anticipating going to Hong Kong with MoFanQiBang and 黑GIRL for the Christmas Countdown Concert. Aben is also looking forward to shopping with everybody (and hopes that AndyGe won't mind, haha). In addition, Aben jokingly consoles his Taiwan fans not to worry, as he has already spent twenty plus years in Taiwan!

In addition, Aben expressed that he and LiQuan (whom he affectionaly calls Ke Quan here) would like to collaborate Super Junior and Tx-MOEYAN to form a comedic act, as Super Junior and Tx-MOEYAN recently worked together to create the comedic song, 'Rock&Go!'

*Note: i can only find one part of mao di hosting, but i'll search around for more later.





XiaoLu was also cued by MaoDi to sing a bit of Khalil Fong's 'Love Song', as MaoDi was introducing this MV. XiaoLu announced he had sung enough, midway into the chorus, and it was quite funny to watch MaoDi joke that XiaoLu should not be paid for this brief appearance and instead, MaoDi himself should receive funds for cueing XiaoLu's appearance.
